Here at Pack Paradise we endeavor to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner, so you get your orders safer & faster. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of payments been received, but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International shipping is shipped through Australia Post please allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery DHL Express International shipping has a 2-5 day expected delivery time. All duties and fees charged by the customers country of residence are paid by the customer and are the customers responsibility to check and calculate these and are not included in the international shipping fee.
